    The Girl Scout Gold Award is the highest award in Girl Scouting that a Girl Scout ages 14 – 18 may earn. And the Girl Scout Silver Award is recognized as the second highest award in Girl Scouting. To learn more click on the following:

    Project Deadlines

    GSSEF Gold Award Deadline is April 1 – annually(note: if April 1 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, The deadline will be the first, following Monday.)
    GSSEF Silver Award Deadline is April 15 – annually(note: if April 15 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the deadline will be the first, following Monday.)

    Gold Award Workshops October – December 2011 Dates

    The GSSEF Gold Award Workshop is designed for girls ages 14-19 (or in the 9-12th Grade) who are interested in earning the Girl Scouts National Gold Award. This 2-hour Workshop (offered every Fall) is a comprehensive overview of the prerequisites and project requirements, as well as information on Gold Award Advisors, timelines, deadlines and project ideas. You will get all the ins and outs of the Gold Award process. So if you are ready for the biggest challenge of your Girl Scout career…join us and learn what 1 percent of Girl Scouts (nationally) did to get scholarships that sent them to colleges, universities, dream jobs and change the world!! Parents or leaders may attend the workshop, but are not required.
